Saturday, Sunday, Monday - closed
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 1:00pm to 6:00pm
Friday - 9:00am to 12:30pm

The Gafney Library Adult Learning Center is closed.

The reduction of hours and Learning Center closure are the result of necessary budget cuts due to lack of voter approval of the Town operating budget in March.

 

LIBRARY FUNDRAISER - SAVERS
Pounds of softgoods = Operating Income for the Gafney!

Gafney Trustees will be collecting your unwanted softgoods at the Gafney on June 13th, July 13th, July 21st or August 21st between 10:00am and 12:00 noon.

They will then cart them to Savers where your pounds of softgoods will be turned into cash for Gafney operating expenses like books, audiobooks, movies, supplies, and more.

Suggested items include clothing, shoes, purses, backpacks, belts, hats, sheets, towels, bedspreads, blankets. tablecloths. curtains.

Please be sure your items are packed in plastic bags upon delivery at the Gafney.

Go to the Gafney catalog: https://gafney.biblionix.com/catalog/ and click on the sign up button under the login on the upper right of the screen. Please do not apply for a new card if you already have one, it will not work!  Fill out the form and send. You will receive confirmation that your card is active when we have approved your application. 
  • If you don't remember your card number, give us a call at 522-3401 or email gafney@gafneylibrary.org  and we'll send you your number.  
  • If your card number is not working, it may need updating. Cards expire every two years, so again, give us a call and we'll renew it for you.
