“Mental Health Matters,” a Mindfulness Based Program
May 13, 2025 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This 4-week program is designed to introduce adults to mindfulness practices that can help improve mental well-being, increase self-awareness, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. By weaving mindfulness into daily life, participants will gain a better understanding of themselves, develop stronger emotional balance, and improve their overall mental health.
The group will create a supportive and safe space for everyone to share their experiences, learn from one another, and explore tools that will continue to benefit them long after the program ends.
The sessions will be led by a licensed clinical social worker with experience in mindfulness techniques.
