SNHU Ukulele Group

Southern New Hampshire Ukulele Group is visiting the library to host a beginner ukulele workshop. Whether you're just starting out or have some prior experience, this workshop guarantees a fun and engaging experience for everyone. Ukuleles will be provided for participants. SNHUG’s primary purpose is to provide a forum for area “ukesters” of all levels to share & play songs, learn techniques and form friendships while learning more about everyone’s favorite instrument.

"Healing Plate: The Power of Nutrition in Managing Chronic Conditions"

Jessica Kinzlmaier will discuss the importance of nutrition in managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. She will also share practical ideas for healthy meal planning and preparation on a budget, with the goal of providing realistic, helpful strategies that community members can use in everyday life.

Tri- County Community Action Program Visit
September 25, 2026 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Once a month, September - December, 2025, a Community Resource Coordinator from Tri-County CAP will be spending a Friday at the library to meet with anyone who may have questions or need assistance with services.
Some services they can help with is fuel assistance, transportation, housing, free diaper program, free winter clothing and more.
No appointment is needed, just stop by the library during the date and time of visit.
