Join us on Friday's for Storytime with Miss Susan! After Storytime, there will be an opportunity to do a themed craft.

This 4-week program is designed to introduce adults to mindfulness practices that can help improve mental well-being, increase self-awareness, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. By weaving mindfulness into daily life, participants will gain a better understanding of themselves, develop stronger emotional balance, and improve their overall mental health.

The group will create a supportive and safe space for everyone to share their experiences, learn from one another, and explore tools that will continue to benefit them long after the program ends.

The sessions will be led by a licensed clinical social worker with experience in mindfulness techniques.

Have you ever wanted a space to gather with others in the community where you could share ideas, just chat over coffee, or learn about what is going on in the community? This is that space! No pressure, come and go as you please, make new connections, share ideas, and maybe a cup of coffee (or tea!) or two.
