You can use Interlibrary Loan to borrow books, books on tape, books on CD, music CDs, DVDs, and large print books from libraries across the state!
1. FIND YOUR ITEM
- Go to the NH Interlibrary Loan website.
- Begin your search by typing keywords right into the search bar at the top of the page. You do not need to log in to perform a search.
- If you’d like to request an item, simply log in and place your request or contact us and we’ll help you place your request!
2. MAKE YOUR REQUEST
- If you'd like us to help you make your request, you can come in to the library and fill out an Interlibrary Loan form in person.
- If you prefer to make the request on your own, click on the login link at the top of the Interlibrary Loan page. Select Wakefield-Gafney, then enter your library card number and password (your password will be your telephone number unless you have set a new password).

- We recommend that you request items with the “on shelf” status.
- Review all of your info for accuracy before hitting the final submit button on your request.
- Your request will then be delivered to the Gafney Library for approval. The approval time frame will depend on the time of the request and library hours of operation.
- Requests typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive. We will notify you when your item is ready for pickup!
